International Tax Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced International Tax Manager to join our Finance team and oversee tax-related matters across our organisation. 

You will act as a partner to various sub-teams within our finance department, representatives of our business entities, and will work closely with our external partners.

• Developing and implementing effective tax-planning strategies
  
  
• Overseeing tax return compliance for income tax, VAT, and other relevant taxes across all Photon Energy Group’s jurisdictions
  
  
• Coordinating and collaborating with tax advisers to ensure compliance and efficiency
  
  
• Structuring and optimising cross-border business activities, including reverse charging mechanism
  
  
• Conducting ongoing analysis of tax regulations to identify and mitigate potential risks
  
  
• Enhancing and documenting intergroup transfer pricing policies
  
  
• Improving and documenting processes related to taxation with our Group
  
  
• Working closely with various departments and external auditors to align taxation strategies
  
  
• Providing ad-hoc tax-related analysis and insights to support management decisions

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an international environment addressing diverse tax-related matters, either with a consultancy firm or within a multinational corporation
  
  
• Fluency in English, Czech language is a big advantage
  
  
• Tax advisor certification is highly desirable
  
  
• Strong communication skills, paired with a proactive mindset, adaptability, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and resilience
