Procurement Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist for our Technology team dealing with B2B sales of solar panels, inverters and batteries. The Procurement Specialist will be in charge of the E2E purchasing process, including negotiations with manufacturers from Asia and Europe. 

• Overseeing all procurement activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness 
  
  
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to secure the best deals 
  
  
• Ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisitions of goods and services 
  
  
• Collaborating with internal departments – Finance, Operations, and Logistics 
  
  
• Aligning procurement activities with overall business goals 
  
  
• Utilising ERP System for managing purchase orders, track inventory, and reporting procurement activities 

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a procurement position 
  
  
• Communicative level of Czech and English languages – daily usage 
  
  
• Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems and MS Office (especially Excel) 
  
  
• Analytical thinking, strong negotiating skills, professional communication, self-motivated
